Creative child has premonition
I would assume this is the work of a child.
Or maybe it was an adult that had just had a 'vision' and was so shaken that this is all they could muster, but they felt they had to immediately tell the world (or just the people walking past their window) via the medium of crayons.
I reckon God has been going all 21st century on us and is deploying street teams of kids to spread the word. Does God has a myspace? Ah yes, I just checked, here it is http://www.myspace.com/manupstairs
