So I am off to see, arguable, my favourite band play on Sunday.
I say favourite because they are the band I have loved the longest and who are continuing to make records which blow me away. Due to my love of listening to new stuff, my 'favourite' band varies weekly, but for longevity and continual 'wow this is fuckin amazin' it has to be Radiohead at #1..... well this week anyway.... arf...arf...
£50 a ticket though! There are not many bands I would willingly pay £50 (and travel to Manchester) to see play. They are sure to be excellent though. I saw them at the commercial wank fest that is the V Festival a few years ago (free tickets. i wouldn't pay to go to join such a mass assembling of twats, who's musical interest primarily revolve around whatever shit chris moyles is stuffing into their ears of a morning and who persistently listen to their ipods on 'shuffle'.. ).... anyway yeah, the V Festival. They shone. Despite finding myself dancing alone in a sea of fucktards... they were amazing..... one of the best things i have seen.....
Ash is putting on Errors in Clwb on Saturday night. That is sure to insight a 'dance off' amongst me and my homegirls :).... looking forward to it muchly.
I got sent this via twitter earlier today. It is a remix of Radioheads Nude. Its done sampling printers, Scanners and internal harddrive speakers. It is beautiful. My eyes = dampened.

I am just listening to Exit Music for a Film for the first time in AGES. When the drums kick in at the end.... ahhh fuckin hell.... i have heard it a million times and it still blows me away.......... And....now Let Down is on. Probably my favourite song on OK Computer....... beautiful..... at 4:08..... best part of the whole song... best part of the whole album. It is 10 years and 10 days since OK computer was released. How many albums make you this excited 10 years after you brought it?..... not enough! :)

Ash DJ'd in Ten Feet Tall after. This blog is becoming an Ash fan blog. I am her fan. The biggest (not in size, I have been going to the gym and have been eating well and have lost weight :) )
